Heute: Live-Hörspiel: "Die Schatzinsel" (28.05.2021 | 19.00 Uhr)
Sie ist die Piraten-Erzählung schlechthin: Die Schatzinsel. Jetzt präsentieren Christoph Tiemann und das Theater ex libris in einer Onlineveranstaltung die bekannte Geschichte, live aus dem Museum. Übertragen wird die Veranstaltung unter anderem auf dem Facebook-Kanal des Museums. Um eine Spende für das Theater wird gebeten.

Astro-Vortrag: J. Kepler und die kopernikanische Wende (01.06.2021 | 19.30 Uhr)

Aktionstage Nachhaltigkeit: Nachhaltige Lieferketten (11.06.2021 -13.06.2021)
An zwei Tagen steht das ganze Museum im Zeichen der Nachhaltigkeit. Neben einem Vortrag sind noch andere Angebote zum Thema nachhaltige Lieferketten geplant. Aktuelle Informationen gibt es auf den Social-Media-Kanälen oder auf der Internetseite des Hauses.
Ausstellungsstart: "Alleskönner Wald" (25.06.2021 | 09.00 Uhr)
Auf 560 Quadratmetern Ausstellungsfläche sowie im Außenbereich des Museums lernen Besucherinnen und Besucher in der neuen Sonderausstellung den Wald mit seinen zahlreichen Facetten als Lebensraum, Ökosystem, Arbeitsplatz sowie Zufluchtsort kennen.

Der LWL im Überblick:
Der Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) arbeitet als Kommunalverband mit mehr als 18.000 Beschäftigten für die 8,3 Millionen Menschen in der Region. Der LWL betreibt 35 Förderschulen, 21 Krankenhäuser, 18 Museen, zwei Besucherzentren und ist einer der größten deutschen Hilfezahler für Menschen mit Behinderung. Er erfüllt damit Aufgaben im sozialen Bereich, in der Behinderten- und Jugendhilfe, in der Psychiatrie und in der Kultur, die sinnvollerweise westfalenweit wahrgenommen werden. Ebenso engagiert er sich für eine inklusive Gesellschaft in allen Lebensbereichen. Die neun kreisfreien Städte und 18 Kreise in Westfalen-Lippe sind die Mitglieder des LWL. Sie tragen und finanzieren den Landschaftsverband, dessen Aufgaben ein Parlament mit 125 Mitgliedern aus den westfälischen Kommunen gestaltet.

Der LWL im Überblick:<br>
Der Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) arbeitet als Kommunalverband mit mehr als 18.000 Beschäftigten für die 8,3 Millionen Menschen in der Region. Der LWL betreibt 35 Förderschulen, 21 Krankenhäuser, 18 Museen, zwei Besucherzentren und ist einer der
größten deutschen Hilfezahler für Menschen mit Behinderung. Er erfüllt damit Aufgaben im sozialen Bereich, in der Behinderten- und Jugendhilfe, in der Psychiatrie und in der Kultur, die sinnvollerweise westfalenweit wahrgenommen werden. Ebenso engagiert er
sich für eine inklusive Gesellschaft in allen Lebensbereichen. Die neun kreisfreien Städte und 18 Kreise in Westfalen-Lippe sind die Mitglieder des LWL. Sie tragen und finanzieren den Landschaftsverband, dessen Aufgaben ein Parlament mit 125 Mitgliedern aus
den westfälischen Kommunen gestaltet.<br>
